I am your guide, so you don’t overpay for a home or make costly mistakes! We’ll do the market research to make sure all the properties you want to see are properly priced and meet your buying criteria.
2. During a real estate showing, how do you help inform me on what a home inspector might flag?
If I notice irregularities or damages with the property, I will recommend hiring an inspector or contractor to take a look to point you in the right direction.
3. I don’t know much about how the real estate buying process works. How do I protect myself?
That’s my job! I guide you through the entire home buying process from finding a home to getting the best financing.

I’ll detail all the marketing efforts I employ to sell your home. I want to make sure it receives maximum exposure to presenting qualified buyers and real estate agents.
3. How can I get the best offer for my home?
I assist with obtaining offers and help you negotiate the best deal possible.
I also discuss the expenses associated with selling your home and what your net profit should be.
And I walk you through the process of selling your home and offer guidance on what you need to be prepared for when you become a buyer.
